Cassiope

In Cassiope, players are drawn into a tactical 2v2 trick-taking battle themed around the starlit night sky. Designed exclusively for four players, the game tests partnership chemistry and calculated risk-taking through an innovative information-disclosure mechanics.

The game is played in pairs, with players split into Offense and Defense based on their bids. Bidding not only establishes each player's role in the hand, but also forces players to reveal a number of cards from their hand equal to their partner's bid. Navigating these publicly revealed cards—and communicating effectively with your partner within the strict constraints of open information—forms the strategic core of every trick.

To claim victory, teams must score points by taking tricks containing star icons on the revealed cards and successfully fulfilling their bid contracts. However, failure comes at a steep price: undertrick penalties slide directly to the opposing team as bonus points, turning every misstep into an opportunity for your rivals.

With its sharp tension, unique bidding-based hand disclosure, and dynamic tug-of-war scoring, Cassiope delivers a deeply satisfying and modern partnership trick-taking experience.
