Clearly Missing

Clearly Missing is a word game of making four-letter words using clear acrylic tiles.

Each player chooses a board containing middle bigrams (2-letter fragments), one or more boards depending on the desired difficulty. Scatter the transparent acrylic tiles where everyone can reach them. Each tile displays the first and last letters of a possible four-letter word.

All players race at the same time:

Grab a transparent letter tile. Place it over a bigram on your board. Look through the tile to reveal a complete four-letter word. Example: C _ _ T + AR = CART Call out the word and leave the tile in place. Rearrange your tiles as needed to find better matches.

Every completed word must be a valid English word. Invalid word must have their tiles returned.

The first player to complete every word on their board wins the round.

Play several rounds to win the game.
