D10 Poker

D10 Poker plays poker with ten-sided dice. Two to four players sit behind screens, ante up, and try to bankrupt each other.

The dealer rolls one black die in the open, and that result belongs to everybody. Each player then rolls a die of their own, hidden behind their screen, and the first betting round runs: check, bet, call, raise or fold. A second roll and a second round of betting follow.

At the showdown the shared die and your two dice make a three-dice hand. Three of a kind is the best, with 0-0-0 at the top and 1-1-1 at the bottom; then a run of three, best at 8-9-0; then a pair, best at 0-0, with the third die breaking ties; then a high single. The ante doubles every three rounds, so hands that could be folded early become hands you have to play.

The last player with chips takes the game.
