Echoes of the Apostate Crown

Echoes of the Apostate Crown is a worker-placement adventure for 2–4 players in which you loot a ruined palace across two points in time. Every room on the board has two faces, the ruin it is today and the glory it once was. Dig through collapsed halls to reach chambers no one has entered in centuries and face the monsters that have taken up residence in the long abandoned palace. Or bring your tether and shift the room into the past, and you change which actions are available for all players. In the past you will see the palace in its former glory. Barter with the pretender's court, steal treasures from the past and bring them with you into the present and leave behind echoes that grant you boons when other players follow in your footsteps.. Whatever you find has to fit in your pack. Stones, medallions, idols, scarabs, and the extremely annoying whisps all compete for the same slots, and only what you carry can be sold. The adventurer who leaves with the most valuable haul claims the victory.
