Krokoköche

Food is a basic need. However, great food is so much more. With control over their own food truck, the players set off on a journey to impress the pantheon with their cooking skills. On their way, they adapt their dishes for the local clientele and refine their truck at each stop. With enough foresight and a little bit of luck, they will reach the pantheon with the ultimate dish, ready to out-cook their competitors.

In Krokoköche (Crococooks) each of the 2-4 players controls their own food truck. Every round their trucks gain an additional expansion picked from a shared price pool. While all players add a card from their hand to the prices, who gets to pick first is decided via a "cook-off". The players "cook", meaning they use the cards which are already in their respective truck to build up a high-scoring dice pool. However, to mix things up, the weakest player gets to choose the customer currently to be served, changing the rules for the round. These customers can also be won by the players to provide an advantage in the great finale, which is (depending on the difficulty) the 7th or 10th round that is played.
