On your turn, reveal a flower card and place it on the fan based upon its color. Some cards also place a snail on them, and some raise the based of the fan higher - making the slope steeper.
Anything that slides off on your turn counts against you, and if you cause the fan's base to topple, you simply lose. Otherwise, the person with the fewest penalties once the cards are exhausted wins.
