The Squirrels of Wildwood

The Squirrels of Wildwood is a co-operative print-and-play dungeon crawler for 1–2 players. Players choose two of four grey squirrels with distinct abilities to protect a magical English forest from corrupted animals. Using included paper standees, they explore burrows, the forest floor, branches, and the canopy on hex-grid maps. Squirrels take turns moving and attacking, using four types of mana to add magical effects to their actions. Six-sided dice determine attack damage and enemy behaviour. Across an eight-scenario campaign, players gain XP to upgrade their squirrels’ abilities. The game also includes rules for randomly generated scenarios.
